Reports are generally available within five (5) business days. If a report you are looking for does not appear, it may be restricted. If the report is currently a "restricted report," meaning that it is less than 60 days old, you will be prompted to complete a second page when you attempt to view the report.Please call the Records Section at 941-429-7308 for assistance.

INSTRUCTIONS: Fill out as much informa- tion as possible or select the "Date Occured".If you are entering an "Accident Number", the North Port Police Department uses a 10 digit Accident Number. The first four numbers are the year as in "2007", the second two numbers reflect the month, as in "10" for October, the remaining four numbers are the case report number as in "0110". Thus, the above case number would be entered as "2007100110".
